  • How much is the shipping cost?

    The shipping cost depends on where you are located, and is always displayed when you reach the checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 150 USD. 

  • I didn't get an order or shipping confirmation?

    Please check your spam filter if you haven't received an e-mail with order or shipping confirmation.

    Still nothing? Contact our customer care and include your order number or the e-mail address you used when placing the order as a reference, and we'll help you out.

  • Where is my order?

    The expected time of delivery is 5-14 business days, depending on where you are located in the world. When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order while it is in transit.

    Please note delivery may take longer during periods of sale and public holidays.

  • Can I change the address on my order?

    Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address, and we will do our very best.

    If the order is en-route, the easiest way is to contact UPS directly, give them your tracking number and they will help you out.

  • My tracking isn’t working?

    It can take a few hours after your purchase before the link is active. If it doesn’t work after a few hours, contact us, and we will help you out.

  • My package is delivered but I can't find it?

    Please check the general area and ask any other occupants if they received your shipment.

    If you are still unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at customer care, and we'll have UPS start an investigation immediately.

  • Why is my order late?

    A shipping confirmation will be sent out to your e-mail address as soon as your jeans are on their way. The shipping confirmation will contain a UPS tracking number, which makes it possible for you to track your shipment and see when UPS has scheduled the first delivery attempt.

  • Do you ship to post office boxes and FPR addresses?

    No, we don’t ship to post office boxes or FPR addresses.

  • Why aren’t you shipping to my country?

    We are looking into shipping to more countries in the future. But due to market regulations, we can't ship to certain countries today. Stay tuned with our newsletter, so you don't miss out on updates about new countries.

  • What if I want to return the items that I bought?

    We offer free returns if you order from If you wish to return an item, just use the pre-printed return slip included in the package. Once we've inspected your returned items back at our warehouse, we'll repay the paid amount. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The items you return must be in the same condition as when you received them, and they will be inspected before the refund is processed.
