    We offer free shipping on orders over $150. The shipping cost depends on where you are located, and you can see it when you reach the checkout. 

  • Why didn't I get an order or shipping confirmation?

    Please check your spam filter if you haven't received an e-mail with order or shipping confirmation.


    Still nothing? Contact customer care and we’ll help you out. Include your order number or the e-mail address you used when placing the order as a reference.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    Shop now. Pay later with Klarna. We offer Klarna as a payment method.

    No, you don't need an account and login to place an order.

    At check-out, enter your coupon code in the “add coupon” box. 

  • How do I enter my phone number at checkout?

    If you don’t see a plus sign +, add it, then your country code.
    For Sweden, it would be +46 XXX XX XX XX.

    No, you can't purchase a gift card online right now. 

  • How do I pay for my order?

    We offer PayPal as a payment method. PayPal is free for all consumers, and if you don’t have an account, it's easy and free to sign up for one.  

  • How do I know if my order went through?

    After placing your order, we’ll send an order confirmation to your e-mail address. The order confirmation is also your receipt, so please keep it for future reference.

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
